Samsung E950

The Samsung E950 is obviously the successor of Samsung E900. Available in silver / black, and using a mixture of metal and plastic finishes, the E950 just looks so good.
There's a lot of attention to detail in the finish, and the smart metal back panel looks very nice.
Both handsets feature full touch sensitive navigation throughout the phone’s interface.
The E950 changes the user interface to a hybrid system. There are two parts to the user interface: a numeric keypad that slides out when needed, and a touch-sensitive pad below the main display that Samsung call a DAC Pad. Within the DAC pad, the touch-sensitive buttons are virtual and context-sensitive.
The Samsung E950 measures 98 x 46 x 15 mm, which doesn’t make it the slimmest slider currently available, but in terms of size the Samsung E950 is pretty compact and even light.
The mobile makes good use of metal and matt black plastic.
The design is very nice and the constriction seems pretty solid. Thanks to the touch-sensitive elements on the front panel, the surface is smooth and there are no keys sticking out.
When the handset powers up, you will see that the touchpad display has red backlighting and white fonts.
The E950 features a new graphical user interface with animated icons.
The display is a good quality LCD panel with 262k colors, and a Sunlight mode that increases brightness and contrast for use outdoors.
The camera is rated at 3.2 megapixels and is equipped with an LED flash, mirror which will help you for self-portraits and a 4x digital zoom. The camera can also record video clips of up to 1 hour's duration.
As well as a music player, the E950 has a built-in FM radio with RDS that can automatically tune into the available stations and store your favourite stations in memory.
The microSD memory card bed is hot-swap enabled – you can exchange cards without turning the phone off. The Samsung E950 features a pretty much standard Li-Ion Battery with a capacity of 900 mAh.
The battery will keep the E950 running for around 3 days when used moderately.

Cabbage soup diet

Day One:Eat only fruit, all the fruit you want except banana, which contains too many calories. Drink tea, black coffee, cranberry juice and water.Of course, with NO SUGAR whatsoever. You can eat as much soup as you like and whenever you want to.

Day Two:Today is vegetable day - fresh, raw or cooked vegetables of your choice as you please. Stay away from dry beans, peas and sweet corn. Reward yourself with a big baked potato with butter for dinner. Eat as much soup as you like, but no fruit for today.

Day Three:In this day you can combine the first teo days, meaning eat as much fruit, vegetables and soup as you like but no baked potato.

Day Four:Eat as many as eight bananas and drink as many glasses of skim milk as you would like on this day, along with your soup. This day is supposed to lessen your desire for sweets and trust me, it works.

Day Five:You may have 10-20 ounces of beef (300-500g) and a large tin or up to six fresh tomatoes. Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water this day to wash the uric acid from your body. Eat your soup at least once today. You may eat broiled or baked chicken (skinless) instead of beef. If you prefer, you can substitute broiled fish for the beef.

Day Six:Eat beef and vegetables today. You can even have 2 or 3 steaks if you like, with fresh vegetables or salad. NO BAKED POTATO. Eat your soup at least once.

Day Seven:Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables all you want. Be sure to eat your soup at least once to day. No bread, alcohol, or carbonated beverages - not even diet soda.

Hollywood:weight loss diets of superstars

Well, just as I thought, the title caught your eyes and you want to know about the “magical” way in which the Hollywood stars look so good. What is their secret? Can I do the same?Good question!I am afraid that the answer is not going to open your horizon or that you will be wiser afterwards. The truth is that there is NO magical way or secret strategy. Because they are human just like we are, they use the same methods that you would use.
Want proof? There is a compilation from recent interviews and articles on the dieting “secrets” of Hollywood stars: Alicia Silverstone is a vegan. Joan Lunden eats fruit. Jennifer Aniston is on . the zone.Diane Sawyer does the Cabbage Soup Diet. Heather Locklear likes McDonald’s and French fries. Jennifer Lopez eats eight mini-meals. Claudia Schiffer sips green tea. Patricia Heaton eats lots of dairy. Melanie Griffith drinks smoothies. Demi Moore eats lots of protein. Nia Peeples shuns protein. Kelly Preston eats oatmeal and bagels and Mel Gibson doesn’t eat chicken!
Sarah Michelle Gellar said a monumental phrase, which you should know about as well “Look, it’s crazy for people to try to be as thin as we are. We have personal trainers and personal chefs. It’s our job to look this way.” TRUE!!! Most of them have an army of nutritionists, personal trainers and even a manager to remind them that their looks sells and if they don’t build themselves a marvelous body they don’t get any plays.
Yes it is true, so you work with your own body, get used to your metabolism and try to keep fit and healthy at the same time, but don’t overreact!!! Besides, they look good in movies because of all the angles they are filmed from, lights and make up.
This was just a reminder so you don’t overreact.

3 pieces of advice for dieters

1.Eat more in the morning and less in the evening
Many people skip breakfast; either because they’re late for school, work or doctor or they like to enjoy a nice hot coffee with a cigarette next to it. During day, eat some fast food if they got time, and then, dinner comes. Of course that after a long day, the tendency is to eat everything.
Ok, this was the story, now ill give you some technical stuff
A relaxing period follows after dinner, when the body mustn’t transform the food in energy any more, and so, the food turns into fat. This is why a consistent breakfast is recommended, like eggs, milk, cereals, meat and a light dinner like yoghurt or fruits. The dinner should take place 3 hours before you go to bed.
2. Sport is essential
It is interesting that after you start doing sport, you may notice that instead of losing weight, the number of kilograms gets a bit higher in the beginning.Don;t freak out and give up!It is normal this way, because the muscles get harder, nothing else!Your body will not loosen from weight loss if you keep up sport. You will feel active and full of life!
3.Food+TV= good bye good looks!
Eating in front of the TV is very harmful to your body, because you don’t actually realize how much you eat. Eyes on the screen, you swallow immense amounts of popcorn, chocolate, ice cream, chips or biscuits. Because you don’t burn any fats sitting, you gain a lot of weight. Of course that it is hard not to take action when you watch your favorite heroes fighting, so you grab a bite! Instead of grabbing a big bite, try to choose fruits or vegetables. The best solution would be to go and live your life, walk a bit, paint read a book, but it is your personal option!
